Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or bring your items directly to any Bluemercury store for an immediate exchange.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
